Reverse 90° ells on <br />tub waste. Tub unvented. <br />Ki{chen sink� wasfi tray and floor drain are not connected <br />to house drain or side sewer. Sink� tray and floor drain <br />unvented. 1�" union in waste line from sink. Combined <br />waste pipe too small for three fixtures. <br />No stop valve on supply pipe to water heater. <br />No stop valves on su�ply pipes to fixture units. <br />Water service piping too small.
