AuPust 31� 1967 <br />Mr Lyle Keni <br />Sele,tive Properties <br />2732 Hoyt <br />Everett� washington <br />Dear Sirs <br />An electrical inapection was rnade of the wiring at 6110 Fleminp �. <br />Street� �ot 22� Bloc4 7� Beverly Hills� Division #�'ve�f� � <br />Waehington. <br />with the exception of an additional plug needed in the kitcnen and <br />arounding the other receptacles in the kitehen� the rest of the <br />main fllor ie satisfactory even though it is below code standards <br />in the number of raceptaclea. <br />There has been additional wiring in the stairway and all of the <br />ba�ement that is a fire and safety hazard and should be removed or <br />corrected. <br />The eervice panel should be replaced with one,oP suitable �ize and <br />in an accesaible location. It is presently installed about nine <br />feet hi gh on the south wall of the house and is impossible to <br />reach without a ladder. In the event of a shorted circuit or <br />overload� a fire could result before the panel could be de-energized. <br />Thia ehould be corrected in the interest of the owner and occup;�nt. <br />Yours truly <br />L.
