Kent� representinp the FHA on <br />brinQing the deflcienctes of the homa up to a safa standard. <br />I was later contacted by the owner of the estlmating firm <br />who made the ari�inxl servey on the house and he stated liis <br />oriqlnal list of corrections were the same as the copy sent <br />him by Mr. Kent. This leaves me {o believe the main office of <br />the FHA for ihis area was al�rted to correctlons needed in the <br />electric wiring. <br />�� The other repair wnrk was done on the home in or about July or <br />August of 1967� but nothing vvas done to the wiring system. I <br />was not aware of the house being occupled until alerted by <br />Mr. Dorcy# the plumbing inspector when he made a recont gas <br />installation lnspection. <br />I mede a re—inspectlon and learned you bought the home from <br />another party that corrrnitted still mora wiring violations in <br />the basemant. <br />I do feel there is an extreme dqnger of an electrical fire and <br />recommend the wiring be c:orrected as soon as possible. <br />Yours truly <br />L.
