Pursuant to this we have repeatedly attempted to contact <br /> ����� ,' �" Mr. Petrin about this matter. It appears that Mr. Petrin chooses <br /> �' ''�'` ' to ignore our requests for him to contact us. <br /> Subsequent to our request Mr. Petrin has recently pumped out <br /> accumulated water from under the house. However, during a recent <br /> inspection, it was found that there is again approximatley three <br /> feet of water under the house, and the house is still supported on <br /> temporary supports. <br /> In reviewing our records it is evident that a building permit was <br /> issued in error on the basis of incorrect information supplied by <br /> the applicant. The misinformation is that the plot plan indicates <br /> that the house is 37 feet 6 inches long, which in fact the house <br /> is actually 40 feet 6 inches long. Therefore, I suggest we send <br /> notification to Mr. Petrin that his building permit has been revoked <br /> by authority of Section 302 (c) of the building code, and turn this <br /> case over to housing conservation for abatement as provided for in <br /> the minimum housing code. <br /> —�c� <br />
