In regards to this matter please � . refer to our letter of January 16, 1975, requesting you to abate Ias9 the hazardous condition which exists. A recent inspection in- ��+ �..,.__.. dicates you have not complied with this request, in that the � ' ' building remains supported on tenporary supports, and there is ; approximately t:hree feet of water standing in the excavation. We remind you tlsat the building does not comply with the city's zoning code, in that the building is forty feet six inches wide � and is to be located on a fifty foot wide .lot, leaving a total si�e yards of nine feet six inches. The zoning ordinance requires minimum six feet clear side yards, therefore, the building will encroach the said side yards a total of two feet six inches. A review of our records found that the plot plan W�chtconflicts the house to be thirty six feet six inches long, with actural length of forty feet six inches. Therefore,your attention is invited to section 302 (e) of the - uniform buildirv?' code, as adopted by this city, which statesermit "The Building Official may in writing, suspend or revoke a p issued under provisions of this code whenever the permit is issued in error: on the basis of incorrect information suppli.ed, or in violation of any ordinance or regulation of the provisions of this code.
