I will provide you a copy of ESA file #1-96. There were several conditions of development in this decision that should be met for development. Prior to any development however, a new wetland delineation and tree survey will need to be completed and provided to planning staff and circulated to other city departments. If the wetland boundary has changed then further review of ihe reasonable use application may be needed, and a revised decision issued. We have been encouraging interested parties to get a land survey in order to determine precisely where the lot lines are located. Piease let us know if you need any other information.
