I will provide you a <br /> copy of ESA file #1-96. There were several conditions of development in this <br /> decision that should be met for development. Prior to any development however, a <br /> new wetland delineation and tree survey will need to be completed and provided to <br /> planning staff and circulated to other city departments. If the wetland boundary has <br /> changed then further review of ihe reasonable use application may be needed, and a <br /> revised decision issued. We have been encouraging interested parties to get a land <br /> survey in order to determine precisely where the lot lines are located. <br /> Piease let us know if you need any other information. <br />
