These are not SEPA <br /> conditions but are associated with other laws or requirements. All requirements are <br /> preliminary in nature, and are based upon the preliminary site plan and the ordinances in <br /> effect at t, ne of submittal for SEPA review. The proposal must comply with all <br /> ordinances in effect at the time a complete building permit application is filed, <br /> including those not specificatly set forth herein. Contact the Planning <br /> Department for information regarding appeals processes for the requirements listed in this <br /> document. <br /> 1. A Public Works Permit is required for ihis project. Detailed drawings in accordance <br /> with City Design and Construction Standards shall be submitted to the Public Works <br /> Department, showing site parking layout, landscaping, utilities, storm drainage, <br /> temporary construction erosion control, and all required improvements in the public <br /> right-of-way. Public Works Department approval of these drawings is required prior <br /> to any permits being issued. All improvements shall be completed, approved and <br /> warranted before the Occupancy Permit is issued. <br /> 2. Full standard half street improvements are required to Freeway Place, including but <br /> not limited to curb, gutter, sidewalks, street widening and drainage control per City <br /> Design Standards. <br /> 3.
