4. Any grading/fill on this site shall be done so as to not impact the surrounding properties. 5. This project must comply with the current City of Everett Building Code and Sprinkler Ordinance. 6. Special charges for connection to the sewer and water systems in accordance with Ordinance 1998-94 and subsequent revision are applicable. These charges are ' based on projected water usage and can be substantial. Applicant is encouraged to obtain a copy of the Ordinance and determine estimated charges prior to building permit application. The actual charges shall be computed by the Public Works Department per the ordinance in effect at time and according to the information on the approved plans at the time of building permit issuance. 7. Lack of comment on the plans submitted with the application does not constitute approval of these plans. 8. A fire hydrant is required within 350 driving feet of every structure. The hydrant(s) must meet City specifications. 9. City streets and alleys are to be kept clear of dirt and debris at all times during construction. Dust suppression and street cleaning must occur as directed by ihe Public Works Inspector. 10. A one year warranty is required on the public improvement for an amount not less than 10% of the cost of construction and shall run for one year from the date of final approval/issuance of ihe first Occupancy Permit. 11. On-site water main will be staked within an easement to the City. The easement will be submitted to the City prior to issuance of permits. 12. As-buili: of storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water systems will be required to be submitted per City Design and Construction Standards and Specifications for Development. 13. A Performance Guarantee is required for street improvements on Freeway Place prior to any building permit being issued. 14. Walkways must be provided from each unit to the public sidewalk. 15. Soil compaction testing shall be performed throughout the construction of the public street and utilities. Density curves shall be submitted to the Public Works Department prior to permits being issued for any aspect of the project. All work performed by the geotechnical engineer or testing lab shall be reported directly to the City public Works Inspector before covering work can be continued by the contractor. Daily reports shall be kept by the soils investigator/tester and submitted to the Public Works Inspector within 24 hours. 3 ��`�;
