The City of Everett Building Official be and hereby is auth- orized and directed to proceed with the work required and specified in the hereinabove described NOTICE OF UNSAFE BUILDING(S) in accordance with the provisions of the hereinabove described City of Everett Build- ing Code; provided, ho�vever, said work shall not be commenced until not less than 10 days after date of personal service or 15 days after date of mailing by registered mail or certified mail of notice of the herein descxibed �verett City Council order (resolution) to each of those named in said NOTI^E OF UNSAFE BUILDING (S) as the owner (s) of the unsafe build- iny (s) .structure (s) , or portion(s) thereof described in said NOTICE OF UNSAFE BUILDING (S) .
