As a result of the <br /> complaint, an inspection of the roof was conducted and a an inspection report is on file. <br /> A copy of that report is enclosed. <br /> Upon returning to the office, I telephoned your home and talked with Mrs. Nadvidad. <br /> During my conversation with Mrs. Natividad regarding the conditions of the roof on <br /> the building I advised her that permits were to be obGvned and the work on the roof <br /> commenced within 72 hours. <br /> The City Building Inspection Office is not open on weekends, therefore, you have until <br /> 12:00 noon, Monday, October 3rd, to obtain permits for the work. <br /> As I stated during our conversation, if the work is not commenced within 72 hours, I <br /> will proceed to post the building "Illegal to Occupy", requiring the building to be <br /> vacated within 72 hours and requiring the building to remain vacated until such a dme <br /> as the repairs to the building have been completed. <br /> If you have any questions regarding this matter please feel free to call me at 259-8810. <br /> Sinc ely, <br /> �- <br /> arian G.
