The narrowness and condition of the lot . <br /> 2. The parking difficulty . <br /> 3. The alley width is 16 ', <br /> 4. The neighbor to the South has his residence on the property <br /> line. <br /> 5 . The alley is a narrow one-way alley. <br /> There was no opposi' ion from the audience. <br /> After visually viewing the suUject property and considering all the <br /> facts , it was moved by Mr. Zook, seconded by Mr .
