drainage solutition for the entire neighborhood. When you had first presented these
complaints to me I believed that I was probably on candid camera. At the time of this
visit the house was framed, sided, insulated and wall boarded. I have since painted my
honie and tiled the floor and I apologize to the City of Everett for painting my home
without permission. Again I respectfully ask for supporting data from this unknown
accuser to support these claims. The City of Everett has asked that I present layouts to
the house. I am including the layout of the house, as it is now. The vast majority of the
modifications to the home that I have made are cosmetic in nature. Hopefully the City of
Everett will accept my apologies and I can obtain your permission to build a master
bathroom addition to my home this spring. I have already filed a permit request for this
new addition, which does add to the building footprint as shown on submitted drawings.
I concur with the voiced opinion, at the Jan. 6' house-site meeting, that resolution to the
setback requirements be resolved before continuation of the permit process.
Respectfully Submitted
Larry Edwards
4617 Gardner Ave.
Everett, WA. 98203
3/, I
