At the time of the inspection an addition to the residence was framed with siding installed, but there was no insulation or gypsum wallboard on the interior surfaces. You were told at that time that no construction should continue until all permits were issued. A second site visit was performed by myself, Planner Becky Fauver and Code Compliance Officer Jon Schmidt on January 6, 2003. During the inspection, you advised us that you had made structural alterations and repaired and/or replaced plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems throughout the single family residence on the site without obtaining the necessary permits or inspections. An application for a building permit was submitted on December 30"' 2002, with drawings for an addition that has not yet been started. The information submitted did not ac�dress the addit!en mentioned abeve or alterations, Sti�hich have been made, or any of the interior remodeling or repair work that was noted during our inspection. The following structural and systems modifications, all of which require building permits, were observed during the January 6`h inspection. 1. An addition approximately 10' x 20' had been added to the north side of the structure under the existing deck.
