Descrintion of Violation <br /> Scction 14.28.030 Small purcel minimum requirements-Applicability. <br /> The following new development shall be required to control erosion and sediment during <br /> construction, to permanently stabilize soil exposed during construction to comply with <br /> small parcel requirements #1 through�5 in Sections 14.23.040 through 14.28.080 of this <br /> chapter and submit a small parcel erosion and sediment control plan as set forth below: <br /> A. Indi��idual, detached, single-family residence and duplexes (escept remodels); <br /> B. Creation or addition of less than five thousand square feet of impervious surface <br /> arca; or <br /> C. Land disturbing activities of less than one acre. <br /> I. "Developmental coverage" means all developed impervious surface areas within <br /> the subject property including, but not limited to, rooRops, driveways,carports, accessory <br /> buildin�s, and parking areas. <br /> During construction "development coverage" shall include the above in addition to the <br /> full e�tent of nny alteration of previously occuning soils, slope or vegetation due to <br /> �radin�, temporary storage, access areas, or any od�er short-term causes. <br /> vio�AT10N CfD�TIOv- r'-'/ <br /> ItUDl3IS11(10/18/98) � <br />
