Scction 19.39.150, C. 5. Rockcrics and retaining walls may bc located in <br /> rcquired setb�ck arc�s if: <br /> a. The rockery or retaining wall is not being used as a direct structural support for a <br /> building; <br /> b. The rockery or retaining�vall is reasonably necessary to provide support to a cut <br /> or slope; <br /> c. The rockery or retaining wall will not abstruct or interfere with the vision of <br /> ��ehides and pedestrians using driveways and public rights-of-way; and <br /> d.
