Finding: <br /> The applicant has filed a short subdivision witli the City. The <br /> City has granted preliminary approval of this short subdivison <br /> with eix (6) conditions. <br /> b. Conclusion: <br /> Final approval of this short subdivision cannot be granted <br /> without the Board's approval and the meeting of all the <br /> conditions of the preliminary approval. <br /> 5. The easement is only effective when final approval has been granted to <br /> Short Subdivision U17-84. All conditions of that short aubdivis;on <br /> must be met. <br /> 2. The applicant mi�st provide an easement document that is acceptable to <br /> the City setiing forth the method and responsibility for maintenance of <br /> easement access area providing perpetual access to all lots in the <br /> short plat.
