A clearing and grading plan shall be presented to Public Works and the <br /> Planning Department prior to any site work. This plan shall show the <br /> vegetative areas being retained. <br /> 5. A temporary erosion control plan will also be submitted. <br /> i 6. Road improvements to Glemvood wil! include a sidewalk. <br /> 7.
