PURP05E AND SCOPE The purpose of our study is to determine the type(e) , apatial dietribution, and character of the foundation and slope soils occurring within the site and areas ad�acent. Based upon our gindings, opiniona and recommendations regarding aoils related design criteria and slope atability will be offered. In addi- tion� recommended procedurea and specifications for the earth- work and general construction phases will be outline�l �ahere relevant. The acope of our study included a thorough viaual aite inap- ection and the placement of three (3) backhoe test pits along and ad�acent to the down slope (northeast) margin of the build- ing aite (please see the accompanying teat pit location map) . - 911 test pita were excavated using a rubber tire mounted back- hoe.
