October 15, 19
Proect No. 8010-'I
31-Win Homes
Page 3
soils enconntcred was accompliehed by the ge:.logist in the
field.
Special Note:
All elevations and deptha referred to herein are referenced
to existing eite grade and elevation control as eatabliahed
by Max B. Foragren, profeseional land aurveYor. It ahould be
noted that some modification of the site gandipriorytoaour
occurred following the topographic survey
study. Eor that reason the accompanying test pit locati.on
map and site plan should not be considered totally representa-
tive of i,he existing aite condition. All test pit locations
were establisned by tape from available reference pointa on
October 14, 1980. Relative test pit elevations were deter-
mined by hand level. The r.espective measurements were per-
formed in an appropriate mannerbut ehould be considered acc-
j urate only to the degrea of the method employed.
f SITE CONDITIONS
1
The aub3ect property is situated on the moderate to steep,
, northFast facing slope adjacent to the northern terminus of
West Glenhaven Drive in erett, Washington. The property
for the most part occupiea the slope which forms the auuth-
western margin of a well developed northwest trending ravine
which servea as a drainage basin for the local area. A drain-
I age ditch and culvert occupy the base of the ravine in the
1 aea of the property.
Site vegetation consists oY apar.se field grass, alder saplings
and various weed species. Horse tails and salmon berry bushes
are present over much of the si;eeply sloping area, indicating
a possibly chronic damp soil condition.
