At a meeting (s) of the Chi�rch Council <br /> of our parish the following resolution was adopted: <br /> 1. That Mr. Stark build the aforementioned fence on his own property line <br /> af:er he has ascertained it to be such. <br /> �-' 2, That the alley in question be left open for usage of property owners of <br /> I ���" the same. <br /> � <br /> 3. Provide3 that Mr. Stark complies with the fence along his own property line <br /> 1 � we will assist in its construction. <br /> �__ <br /> ��� We have been the owners of the property (4614 Alger Avenue) that fronts on the <br /> ' . alley since the early 1960's. We have had excellent relations with our neigh- <br /> bors and have co-operated on many projects that have impiove3 both the aesthetic <br /> as well as environmental quality of the area: (including ecologically sound <br /> I �� spraying, plantings etc) . <br /> The previous owners of 4614 College worked with us to plant along the property <br /> line, to improve the appearance of hoth of our back yards. <br /> �, 1 I would point out that the alley is a public right-of-way, and Plr, Stark is <br /> compromising the same. We will be consulting with our attorney, who will <br /> adviae us of the next steps we will be taking.
