You mentioned that
+ j you had planned to construct a fence, and the property line was a matter
`-— of question and concern to you. Evidently the sigUting of the edge of
Mr. Simnon's driveway, which we understand was the line did not please you.
1 ' The measuring from the utility pole (east side) over 15 feet did not
I+► please you either, nor did you want a confixming aurvey, so here c:e
are. My fiist knowledge of your plans, were the presence of some city
officials in your back yatd.
Aa you kncw, the owners of the home in which I live, are a corporation.
I r. I cannot eingle-handedly ivat agree to your proposals. However, I did
' bring the concern to our church council, heace the enclosed letter for the
same. You can imagine, they are not too happy with you. Being a good
' neighbor means more than just waving your arms around and get[ing your own
e' vay, Both college avenue and alger rightofway are not tie same as the
conatructed street. Mr. Erickson's fence is not on his property line but
rather inside of it. But I find that you are not willing to llsten, hence
' ve will be taking certain steps that ve find distasteful, and not the way
) neighbors should have to behave.
It is sill not too late for you to negotiate on this matter. In the matter
of good faith, you have put us in a difficult poiition, and I trust that now,
with onr church council's point of view in hand, we can arrive at an
.r equitible solution.
Thank you for your time end concr.rn. I shall look forward to hearing from
you at your earliest convenience.
Very truly yours,
J, B.
