The <br /> contractor was informcd (ve•bally) of the issue ;md ordered ro stop work. Subsequently, a <br /> Stop Work Order was issued by letter (copy attached) so that the issue of building height <br /> (zoning code) could be resolved. Since that time the roof sheathing, roofing, doors, <br /> windows and an exterior stainvay have been installed (photo attached). There :ue <br /> additional issues of proximity to property lin�s and draina�e that also affect adjacent <br /> property. <br /> The surroimdim� property owners are concemed that the ciry does not enforce the <br /> re�ulations required of new construction.
