In February of <br /> this year, prior to finishing construction, you received a stop work order from Jefl <br /> Heilman, City of Everett Public Works. The garage as built does not comply with the <br /> approved plans. It exceeds the allowable height of detached accessory buildings. You <br /> failed to comply with this Stop Work Order, and allowed construction on the building to <br /> be completed. <br /> The garage is not in compliance with the Building Code, and constitutes a nuisance. <br /> Violation of the Building Code is a criminal offense, and may subject you to a penalty of <br /> ninety (90) days in jail and/or a one thousand dollar($1,000.00) fine. <br /> Please contact Tim Tyler, City of Everett Building Official, immediately to discuss how <br /> this IIuilding Code violation may be corrected.
