Per our site visit we <br /> determined that the walls were reinforced; however, it was not clear to detetmine the reinforcement <br /> ratio.The walls were conservatively analyzed without reinforcing as this is a life safety issue and <br /> the nssumption of reinfor�ing would reduce our level of certainty. <br /> 11. All additional special cases have been added to the plans(See Sheet A6). <br /> 12. Existing square footage calculation of basement addition includes the entire basement to the <br /> exterior ofthe retaining wallstructure. A second square footage calculation has been added to <br /> include the crawl space and the existing footings.
