These conditions <br /> include hig�i lil:elihood of clogging from leaf fall, especially in sag verticnl curves; when the inlet is a <br /> surface drainage end point, such as a cul-de-sac; and when nonnal mlet grates may be passed over due <br /> to the road grade.
