The <br /> stormwater trealment would be designed to satisfy lhe Cily's Stormwater Manual, <br /> and conditions of approval would ensure such compliance. The Best <br /> Management Practices (BMP's) would be implemented, and the Applicant must <br /> obtain a National Pdlution Discharge Elimination System Permit.
