The standard State approved logo or olher <br /> signs approved by the Planninp and Community Development Director that <br /> indicate lhe public's right of access and hours of access shall be constructed, <br /> installed and mainlained by the Applicant. Signs shall not control or reslrict <br /> pubtic access except as required. <br /> Cullural Resources <br /> 27. If any possible archaedogical interest is uncovered during excavatfons or <br /> developmenl, ihe Applicant must immediately slop work and notify lhe City and <br /> the Tulalip Tribes, and consult wiih a professional archaeologisl to inspect and <br /> evaluale the site. In the evenl Ihal ground disturbing or other consfrucUng <br /> activities result in 1he fnadverlenl discovery of lhe archaeological resources, work <br /> shall be halted in ihe immediate area, and contacl made wilh the City of Everett, <br /> lhe office of ihe Slale Archaedogist (OAHP), and cullural resources ofiice of lhe <br /> affected Tribes. Work must be halted until such time as further investigaiion and <br /> appropriate consultation are concluded. In the unlikely evenl of the inadvertenl <br /> discovery of human remains, work shall be immediately halted in lhe discovery <br /> area, the remains covered and secured against further dislurbance, and <br /> communication eslablished with project adminislralive personnel, local law <br /> enforcement, OAIiP, and aulhorized Tribal representatives. <br /> 181� <br />
