Port of E �erett <br /> Hydrologic and Hydraulic Report <br /> This report is provided as a summary of all methods anJ proced.ves used for analyzing <br /> thc drainage areas and structures for the proposed Craftsman District Bauryard <br /> Development project, in accordance with the City of Everett's (COE) best management <br /> practices (BMP's) requiremcnts for Drainabe Plans. Calculations and supporting <br /> documentation are providcd in Ihe attached appendices. <br /> Stormwater Site Plan <br /> I. Project Overview <br /> The proposed Craftsman District site is located to the Northwest of the intcrsection of <br /> West Marine View Drive and Craftsman Way. The Phase 2 Craftsman District Boatyard <br /> Development for the fort of Everett (Evcrett, WA) is subdividcd into two components <br /> based on usage and includes the following; 1) Access roads and parking; 2) Boat work <br /> yard. Stormwater from each of thesc usage areas is collected in separate conveyance <br /> systems and will each be cquipped with a different rypc of storn»vatcr t��ahnent. A <br /> sununary is provided bclow for cach usagc arca. <br /> Access and Parkine <br /> The parking lot locatcd to the Northeast of the intersection of I" Avc and Craftsman Way <br /> is to Uc rcconfigured to improve parking lot capacity and traffic circulation. The <br /> stornnvater drainage system for this parking lot has not been modiGed and drainage from <br /> these arcas is collected and conveyed to the 2°`� Avc stormwater trcatment system, <br /> consisting of a Stornil'iltcr trcaunent system, designed by RMI, and is to then bc <br /> dischargcd through an existing outfall locatcd on 2"`� Ave that ouUct's into the marina <br /> basin. Thc system design for the Stormfilter is providcci under a scpmatc permit <br /> submittal to the COG (sce NorUi Marina Redevelorment Infrashvcture Phasc I by RMI) <br /> and includcs thc requircd runo(f from this arca. <br /> 13oat Work Yard <br /> Thc proposcd Phasc 2 boat work yarcl will providc un additional 1.97 acres of ncw work <br /> arca. Stonnwuter drainage for this new work area will be convcyed to a modificd <br /> combined undergrourd detention systcm which will attenuate thc runoff treatment <br /> volumc af thc 2-ycar, 24-hour storm with an cxisting orificc sizcd to discharge at a ratc of <br /> Icss than 35 gpm. Thc dischurgc I'rom the orificc will bc dirccicd into thc cxisting <br /> scwage pump station along with the building sewagc them pumpcd to the COE combincd <br /> scwcr systcm locatcd in Wcst Marinc Vicw Drivc.
