Off-site Analysis <br /> All drainage basins are direcHy discharged after treatment ro surface waters or the COE's <br /> sanitary scwer system. An off-site analysis, as a result, is not reyuired. <br /> IV. Analysis and Design of Required Erosion and Sediment Control BMP's <br /> Temporarv Grosion Sediment Control <br /> The TESC plan includes the use of silt fence, rock stabilized construction acccss points <br /> und existing catch basins lined with filter bags to collect sediment. <br /> Permanent Erosion Sediment Control <br /> • All stormwater systems will be closed convcyanccs.
