3. No construclion debris or materials may be placed within the public right-of-way. <br /> 4. The Applicanls shall use caulion at the construction area of the new deck. <br /> Specific attention shall be addressed to utilities of water and sewer that exist in <br /> ihe area. <br /> 5. All grading and fill on-site shall be done in a manner ihal does nol impact <br /> surrounding properties. <br /> 6. Approval of construclion plans by ihe City will require a demonstration that all <br /> pertinent standards and regulations of the Ciiy are satisfied. <br /> 7. City streets are to be kept clear of dirt and debris at all times during construction. <br /> Dust suppression and street cleaning must occur as directed by the Public Works <br /> Inspector. <br /> S. Lack of comment on lhe pians submitted with the application does not conslitute <br /> approval of these plans. <br /> 9. All exposed ground must be reseeded within 30 days of the completion of <br /> construclion.
