P, variance from the required five-foot side setback from the north interior properly line is granted for a reduclion to 3.32 feet. A variance for an uncovered deck to exceed 42-inches above grade and encroach into a front setback area in excess of fifty-,�ercenl of lhe required setback depth is granted. INTRODUCTION Katherine Pelz, on behalf of Ryan and Lisa Bemrose (Appiicants), requested approval of variances from the Development Standards chapter of thP City of Everett (City). The variances would allow: a reduced front setback on property at 4302 Crescent Avenue, Everelt, Washington; a reduced side setback from the interior prope�iy line; and allow an uncovered deck lo encroach into a front setback in excess of the permitled seiback depth.
