If this variance is granted this will eliminate <br />a curb cut on Hoyt Avenue that is not being <br />utilized. <br />Ms. Nadine Jones, 1311 Rucker, objected to the request and <br />stated that a natural follage fence would not be as object- <br />ionable as a board fence would be. <br />Chairman Wilson introduced a letter of objection that had <br />been signed by several of the neighbors in the surrounding <br />area. <br />It was moved by t4r. Hoagland, seconded by Mr. Eckstrom and <br />unanimously carried to deny the applicant's request as it <br />does not show a hardship nor any exceptional or extraordinary <br />circumstances. <br />A hearing was held on the application of Gary Ward, 4831 <br />Dogwood, Everett•, Washington 98203, for a variance from <br />Section 19.14.050 of the Everett M.unicipal Code, Yard <br />kequirements, Paragraph B, for per.�i�.ssion ��o construct a <br />garage to within two (2) feet on the North side property line <br />rather than the Code requirement of six (6) feet. <br />Legal Description: All that portion of Tracts 53 & 54, � <br />Forest Park Addition to Everett <br />Division "A", lying Southerly of a line <br />which is seventy (70) feet Southerly <br />of and parallel to the North line of <br />said Tracts 53 & 54. <br />Address: 4831 Dogwood Drive <br />Zoning: R-1, Single Family Low Density Residence <br />Mr. Ward was present and had no other information to present. <br />;...,�.. <br />
