Box 363, Mukilteo, Washington 98275, for a <br />variance from Section 19.20.050 of the Everett Municipal <br />Code, Yard Requirements, Paragraph "C" for permission to <br />construct a medical clinic to within ten (10) feet of the <br />rear property line rather than the Code requirement of <br />twenty (20) feet. <br />Legal Description: Lots 16 & 17 less the North 15 feet, <br />Slock 722 Plat of Everett Division "H" <br />Address: 1111 Pacific <br />Zoning: R-4 Multiple Family High Density Residence <br />The applicant, Mr. Robert Jungaro, was present but had <br />nothing further to add. <br />Mr. Leif Eckiund, 3018 Norton, and Mr. Rowley, adjacent <br />property owners were not approving nor opposing said <br />requeat, Uut only seeking information on the height of the <br />proposed structure. <br />Mr. Jungaro responded that it is designed as a one (1) <br />story structure. <br />Gordon Davis, 962d Lynnwood Drive, stated that the only <br />purpose of the requested variance is to save two irreplacable <br />trees. <br />After visually viewing the subject property and considering <br />all the facts it was moved by Mr. Eckstrom, seconded Uy <br />Mr. Iioagland and unanimously carried to grant the applicant's <br />request as it meets all the requirements of Section 19.70.060 <br />of the Everett tlunicipal Code, Paragraphs 1, 2, 3, and 4. <br />A hearing was held on the application of Alan Guisinger, <br />1107 Rucker Avenue, Everett, �9ashington 98201, for a <br />
