It is the opinion of Kegel & Associates <br />that given proper compliance with the construction plan, along with <br />existing site conditions, that potential damages to the property to be <br />developed will be mit:gated and that the development will not incur any <br />damage to adjacent properties. <br />0'Connor & Oehler Construction, developers of subject property, are <br />willing to grant a 20 foot wide access and utility easement along the <br />easterly property line to the City of Everett as required to facilitate <br />maintenance of the outfall area. If desired, a 12 foot wide all weather <br />access road could be constructed. <br />DornnAvenue�m Thesoutfalllisrcurrentlyhsubmergedt Property and crosses <br />As this is a multiple residential area, it is likely that these �djacent <br />proFerties will someday be developed to their maximum potential.
