The City cannot legally maintain facilities <br />on prlvate property. <br />Wc cannot approve the drainagc/grading plan as proposed for ihe reasons outlincc <br />earller by Dan A4athias. If you are allowed to fill !n the stream's floodway and <br />cha�nellu the stream in this area on your side, then you can anticipate ihe possibillty <br />of increased flow of stormK�ater across adjacent property on the other side of tl:e <br />stream.
