Board of Adjustment Minutes <br />January 5r 1987 <br />Page 4 <br />Variance Requested: From E.M.C. 19.14.050(C) Rear 'lards, to allow <br />construction of a single family residence that would <br />have a rear setback of W feet instead of the 20 feet <br />allowed by Code. <br />Pearl Maddy presented the staff report (see Variance File No. 48-86) and <br />shuwed slides of the property. She reported that one neighbor, who lives to <br />the north, had come in to see the variance file and he indicated that the <br />variance request will not affect his property. <br />Daryl Finley, 21015 4th Ave. W., Lynnwood, the applicant, had no additional <br />comments. <br />No one else chose to speak for or agair.:it the variance request. <br />Motion: Ramona Boylan offered a motion to grant the variance, subject to <br />the applicant's obtaining all necessary building permits. Frank <br />Bennett seconded the motion. <br />Vote: Unanimous in favor of granting the variance. <br />The meeting adjourned at 7:53 P.M. <br />
