8. Sheet S2 foundation plan calls out "PSTHD8" hold downs. There is no such <br />Simpson hold down, and the same hold down is called out for a slab -on -grade <br />condition and a crawl space; please clarify. <br />9. Please remove "side load" garage plans from plan set. <br />10. Detail "bubbles" reference the wrong page. <br />11. Provide energy code and ventilation and indoor air quality code notes; show size <br />of required exhaust fans. <br />12. The application shows gas as the heat source, the floor plan has note for pilot <br />burners and heating elements for appliances in the garage but the floor plan shows <br />electric heaters in most rooms; please clarify. <br />13. Plans prepared by an architect are required to be wet -stamped. <br />14. The window schedule breaks out the U-value of window based on type of lieat. <br />Please update to 2006 WSEC per Table 6-1. (Revise U-value on door schedule). <br />15.
