On the following described peoperty: The North '� track 28 Highland Acres Address: 5824 East Drive Zoning: R-2 Single Family High Density Residence AND: WHEREAS, (date) July 2, 1979 was fixed as the date of hearing on said application and proper notice having been given as required by law, AND: WHEREAS, a public hearing was lield on said date and the Board of Adjustment, after reviewing all testimony, made the find- ings that: The variance request meets all the requirements of Section 19.70.060 of the Everett Municipal Code Paragraphs 1, 2, 3, & 4. NOW, THEREFORE, based on tne foregoing findinqs: BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF FVERETT BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT that said application be GRANTED with the condition that the following stipulations be met: Prior to the issuance of any type of permit for the newly created rear Lot (lot B) an inspection shall be made of the existing residential structure on the frcnt lot (lot A) for compliance with all applicable codes & any necessary corrections that are required shall be completed, inspected and signed off by the City of Everett Building Dept. AND: BE IT FINALLY ORDER�D that a copy of this written order be transmitted to the applicant for their information.
