FOR APPROVAL OF A <br /> VARIANCE �11-86 <br /> DECISION: The variance is granted subject to the conditions <br /> listed. <br /> INTRODUCTION <br /> Island Pond Corporation, Building C-57, Paine Field, Everett, <br /> Washinoton, 98204, and hereinafter referred to as Applicant, <br /> has requested a variance from the rear yard setback on property <br /> located at Lot 16, Crestwood Plat, Edgemoor Lane, in the City <br /> of Everett, Snohomish County. The requested variance is a <br /> reduction of the rear yard setback from 20 feet to six feet. <br /> A hearing on the reauest was held before the Everett Heariny <br /> Examiner on May 22, 1985. Letter dated 5/13/86 from Barghause� Consulting Engineers <br /> After due consideration of the, evidence presented by the <br /> Applicant; evidence elicited during the public hearing; and as <br /> the result of the personal inspection of the s�bject property <br /> and surrounding areas by the Everett Hearing Examiner, f.he <br /> following findings of fact and conclusions constitute the basi.: <br /> of the decision of the Everett Hearing Examiner. <br /> FINDINGS OF FACTS <br /> 1.
