As stated in the EA, approximately 200 stalls will be dedicated for bingo hall use. The stalls will be located around the perimeter of the building and be clearly muked. Enforcement will be the responsibility of the operator of the bingo hall. 4. An NPDFS permit issued by the Department of F,cology (DOE) may be required for this proposal. Appmpriate temporary and permanent water qualiry control plans will be prepared for approvai by DOE and will be submitted with any other required permit applicadons. 6. APPROVAL OF PLANS (City of Everett) The commenror requested design of the proposal to ciry standardr and approva!authoriry on al!plans. The engineering design of the site will be in accordance with WSDOT, Metro and Communiry Transit and applicable City of Everett Design Standards. Non- engineering aspects of the sitc, such as set backs and landscaping, will be in accordance with city zaning and land use requirements. 7. PEDESTRIAN SAFETY/ SIDEWALKS (City of Everett, Everett School District, Regina Botdey) Concern over safery of pedestrians, particularly school children, due to increased tra�c war exprcrsed by these commentors. Use of the existing access points to the site avoide� creating any new conflict points.
