Prior to the applicatian for building permits and <br /> plan review by the Fublic Works Department, a characterization of the <br /> hydrology of the wetland(s) on ar adjacent to this project that may be <br /> afiected by the development of this site must be submitted to and approved <br /> ❑ by the Planning Department Isite A'1 and site #31. <br /> 1 <br /> g. If any storm water discharges to wetlands are proposed or are necessary to <br /> protect normal wetland hydrology, point source discharges should be <br /> avoided. Techniques that result in dispersed discharge shouid be explored, <br /> such as dispersion trenches or buried perforated pipe located at wetland <br /> butter edges Isite #1 and site �91. <br /> g. A NPDES (Na[ional Pollutant Discharge Elimination Systeml permic may be <br /> required for this site. If a permit is required, written comments must be <br /> a received fram the Depanment of Ecology, prior to City of Everett review of <br /> the construction plans, indicating that the proposal meets with DOE's <br /> approval or indicating any requirements to be met by the applicant (site 1t1 <br /> and site t131. <br /> 10. An easement for the existing City of Everett water ovided that an adequate <br /> north end of site �3 must ba granted to the City p <br /> easement does not already exist. <br /> 11 . Any necessary lowering or other reconfiguration of the City's water main on <br /> si[e #3 shall be done to City standards and at the expense of the proponent. <br /> 12.
