All references refer to the <br /> 1991 Uniform Buildmg Code, as amended by the State of Washington and/or Washington <br /> State Energy Code 1991, 2nd Edidon, unless stated otherwise. <br /> 1. The plans submitted are incomplete. The comments that follow are general in nature and <br /> may not be complete. <br /> 2. Plans shall wnform with Chapter 5 and Secdon 903 as follows: <br /> a) Table No. 5-A or 9-C for wall and opening protecdon. <br /> 3. Parapet wall height and construcdon shall be not lcss than indicated in Section 1710. <br /> 4. Fire stops shall be defined on the plans. Firestopping location and materials shall comply <br /> with Section 2516(�. <br /> 5. Provide toilets per Secdon 905(d). <br /> 6. Provide a smooth, hard, nonabsorbent surface on floors and walls of toilet rooms per <br /> Secdon 510(b). <br /> 7. Toilets shall be located in clear space a minimum of 30 inches wide with a minimum clear <br /> space of 24 inches in front of the toilet. Section 511(a). <br /> 8. Provisions for roof drainage are required per Section 3207(b). Roof drains shall be sized <br /> per the Uniform Plumbing Code, Appendix D, using a rainfall rate of 3 inches per hour. <br /> 9.
