There are 2oning violations, Buildinq <br /> Code violations and Fire Code violations as noted during <br /> inspections of the premises in 1982. Ms . Fleck was advised ' <br /> at that time that her business was illeqal and what needed to <br /> be done to correct all violations. Our records ahow that <br /> this was never accomplished . • <br /> Ms . Fleck now wishes to sell her house and is seeking to sell ' <br /> it as a business . She feels that she deserves recognition r <br /> £or all the work she has done over the years and feels that <br /> selling her house as a business property would give her what - <br /> she seeks in recognition as well as £inances.
