Access to the <br /> site is off of England Avenue. A Vtclnity Map showin� the approximate location of <br /> the site relative to exiating municipal improvem�ents is contained in Appendis A of <br /> this report. <br /> A sita visit was made by GBS on December 10, 1994. A reconnaissance of the site <br /> and adjoinin� area was made during our visit. The site slopes at an inclinarion of up <br /> to 39% from an elevation of 150 feet along the south side of the property to an <br /> elevadon of approximately lOS feet at the north property line, The garage level of <br /> tho proposed residence will be placed at an elevation of approximately 116 feet with <br /> the main floor of the nsidence at an approximatc elevarion of 128 feet. <br /> The upper reaches of the site is covend with snnall tree starts and some minor <br /> grasses.
