Cleanouts should be provided at appropriate locations in order to maintain all portions of the drainage system. Periodic inspection of this drainage system should be done by the property owner to insure that it is operating as designed. If plugging occurs, attempts should be made to remove the plug and to establish proper operation of the line before the subgrade becomes saturated with water. Recommended rockery details for this project are sl�own on the Rockeiy Detnils contained in Appendix H of this report. 5.0 CLOSURE Based upon our field and otfice studies; it is ow opinion that it is feasible from a geotechnical and geological standpoint, if the recommendations contained within this report are followed, to construct the proposed single family residence. The conclusions and recommendatio�:. ontained in tlus report are based on the -- observed conditions at the time of the site reconnaissance, our subsurface eaploration program and upon our understanding of the proposed project.
