Thia was a very diecouraging <br /> blow after all financing, plans, and septic permit 'were approved. The City told <br /> him that Z should get an easement becaus� of the big expcnse that the eity was <br /> nov requiring for water, I tried to get :he easement, but after three weeks all � ' <br /> I vas able to cbtain vas a License. to Bur_y y�er Line, which was unacceptable <br /> �a me and [o the• City. . <br /> Since that time I have contacted the City several times on hov to get vater to my <br /> property. <br /> 1.
