Thia was a very diecouraging blow after all financing, plans, and septic permit 'were approved. The City told him that Z should get an easement becaus� of the big expcnse that the eity was nov requiring for water, I tried to get :he easement, but after three weeks all � ' I vas able to cbtain vas a License. to Bur_y y�er Line, which was unacceptable �a me and [o the• City. .
