The project site is located on the <br /> Isouth side of England Avenue, approximately 100 feM cast of the inlersection of England Avenue and <br /> Dover Strcet as shown on the Vicinity Map in Figure I. Thc purposc of this study is ro explorc and <br /> Ichar.uteriu: the site's surf:ice :md subsurface conditions and to provide geotechnical recommendations for <br /> sitc devclopmcnt. <br /> IThc sitc is situatcd on a moderate to stccp nortlrfacing slopc. Thc planned improvements will include the <br /> Iconstruction of a �vood-Gamcd residcnce witli daylight bascmcnt and crawl spacc areas, and a pavcd <br /> � driveway access Gom England A��enue. Preliminary plans indicate that cuts up to 28 (eet below the <br /> � curn:nt graJe are anticipated f'or the south wall of the daylight basement'crawl space.
