The siic is situated on ,i tnodcr:ue to steep n�rth-f:icing slope above <br /> Gngland Aecnuc. <br /> The property is cunently unoccupieJ. The lower purtion of the site is covered with scattered young trees <br /> mid underbnish. The upper portion of the sitc has becn cleared of trees and is wvcrcd with underbrush <br /> Iand grass. The lower portion of the lot adjacent to Enaland Avenue is steeply sloping with an inclination <br /> of about 50 degrees (I 19 perccnt).
