The chairman then called <br /> a five minute recess for consultation with the applicant and the <br /> Public Works Department. <br /> The meeting was continued and the Board members after previously <br /> viewing the subject property and hearing all t.he facts and testimony <br /> .� it was moved by Mr. Zook seconded by Mr. Wilson and unamimously <br /> carried to grant the applicant' s request as it meets all the require- <br /> ments of Section 19.70.060 oP the Everett Municipal Code Paragraphs <br /> 1, 2, 3, & 4. � <br /> � As a condition to the granting of the variance, the following <br /> stipulation was made: <br /> �� 1. The parking variance shall apply to the practice of <br /> ' 'Neurological medicine by the four Physicians known as "The <br /> Neurological Associates" .
