"A" lying East of the alley <br /> of Commercial Ave. <br /> Address: 2501 Euclid Ave. <br /> Zoning: R-3 Multiple Family Low Density Residence <br /> Mr. Brown represented himself and furnished the Board with plans <br /> for the proposed fourplex. <br /> There were some objections from the adjacent property owners • <br /> � . <br /> and their objections were as follows : <br /> 1. The property is on a dead end street and close to the <br /> freeway which creats overcrowding and a traffic problem. <br /> � 2. It would be difficult to provide adequate fire protection. <br /> i <br /> � � 3. There is a spillover of cars and people now on to adjacent <br /> ; properties from the existing multiples. <br /> • � CElia Strong from the Public Works Departmec;t had the following <br /> j statements to make: <br /> j1. There will be some required street improvements as well as <br /> ifill material needed. <br /> i � <br /> i 2, The grocery store near the area is acquring more property <br /> ; for parking. <br /> �, 3. The asphalt will need to be widened to approximately twenty <br /> (20) feet. • <br /> 4. Euclid Street is fifty (50) foot in width now. <br /> � 5. An existing ravine limits any culdusac. <br /> , <br /> � There was no furthur co�mnent from the audience. <br /> � After visually viewinq the subject property and considering all <br /> the facts and testimony it was moved by Mr. Wilson seconded by <br /> } Mr. Zook and unanimously carried to grant the variance as it meets <br /> all the requirements of Section 19. 70. 060 of the Everett Municipal <br /> Code Paragraphs 1, 2, 3 , & 4. • <br /> ' As a condition to the granting of the variance the following <br /> stipulation was made. <br /> � <br />
